Making sure AI tools do not replace creativity and critical assessment
On the research stage
Any information collected through an AI tool must be corroborated by a reputable source such as an established print media outlet, a peer-reviewed scientific publication or an official document from sources like governmental agencies and industrial associations, among other examples.
On the writing stage
AI may be used as an auxiliary tool for writing, but no part of the final product can be directly written by the AI. Any AI suggestion must be vetted by human judgment and critical concepts should be cross-checked with dictionaries, industry glossaries or handbooks.
